We would like to take
this opportunity to share the great experience and
enormous feedback that we have had from our members
since we received the STRIVE Smart Strength
equipment in our gym.
We feel that by writing
this letter we will help others, as we would want to
be helped. The STRIVE circuit has generated so much
enthusiasm and excitement in our club that old
members are coming back and our members are brining
more guests – because they are so impressed with the
feel of the equipment and the dramatic results they
are seeing.
For the first time we
have received both verbal comments and written
letters from members thanking us for the equipment
and telling us “it was the best investment you ever
made” and “we don’t know how we could ever go back
to the other equipment.”
Both of you and the
rest of the STRIVE staff have been so helpful, not
only in facilitating our purchase, but also in
keeping in touch constantly to see how we are
doing. The personal instructions you provided us
with when the equipment arrived was an excellent
part of the whole package. You left nothing out as
far as customer service and that is greatly
appreciated.
We are all very excited
about the STRIVE Circuit Group Exercise Class that
you are putting together for us, and members are
waiting patiently. This will be another avenue for
them to have fun, get a great workout and stay
motivated.
We agree 100% with our
members that with was the best investment we ever
made and look forward to purchasing other pieces of
STRIVE throughout our facility. We welcome anyone
to our facility to se our STRIVE Smart Strength
Circuit, talk to our staff, members and try the
equipment. Once you use it you won’t use anything
else. Feel free to stop by our club and we will be
happy to answer any questions you may have.
