I am fifty-six, 5’10” 185 lbs. and have engaged in
progressive resistance and aerobic training since
high school. My professional life requires I travel
often to major cities. I am dedicated to my
training regimen, home or away, and make sure I have
access to the equipment of all major manufactures.
Last spring, while visiting clients at the New York
Sports Club. There I made the discovery of the most
potent progressive resistance equipment I ever used
– STRIVE.
At their Great Neck facility, the NYSC has four
plate-loaded STRIVE machines; bicep curl, arm
extension, leg extension, and leg curl. The
individuated muscle loading these machines provide
give me the most thorough working of each muscle
group I have ever experienced. I am amazed at the
size gains I get in a single workout. Equally
important, after thirty years of weight training I
am susceptible to joint problems, especially
soreness in my elbows. Working with STRIVE
equipment, not only do I not experience joint pain
during my workout, I notice my elbows feel better
after a workout on STRIVE than before the session.
These machines are the state of the art in sports
equipment and I m ordering STIVE pieces for my home
gym.
